I have built a store at Square to take US and Taiwan orders. Square charges a small fee but securely handles the credit card side of the transaction. I never see or store any credit card information.
Games are currently for sale in the US. Right now, I am splitting the shipping costs on any orders and it will only cost you $30 (for Formosa Formosa) and $8 (shipping) but long term I will need to find a better option.

Contact me for delivery to other parts of the world and I will see what I can do. Shipping to East Asia is usually affordable and easy from Taiwan.
